Bill, has always showed me the utmost respect when I have come in there. I have seen him spend who how long with a customer, explaining what is wrong with his/her vehicle, why it needs to be replaced, or repaired, what may have caused it, what after affects it will have if not tended to. I have never seen or heard that he tries to sell repairs that are not needed. Bill is an excelent tech, and has a great customer personallity. I've seen him work the office while working out in the bays and be totally calm and cool about what is going on. That includes working on a car, while waiting on a customer out in the office, and answering the phones, and helping the the other techs with there needs. In my opinion, Bill is probably one of the best mechanics I've dealt with in a long time. Especially, with all that he does during the day.
