Eric has always been honest and up front, he will not make a repair I don't need, despite the fact that I think I had the proplem diagnosed. Example? Bad brake feel made me assume I needed new pads, etc., so I brought it in, turns out it was only a bubble in the brake line. Cost me 10 bucks! I was prepared to pay $150 for the whole deal (and told him that when I dropped it off). Very cool!

Erik is great, he will always do a pretty good once over on your vehicle even if you just bring it in for an oil change. Most of the time he doesn't find anything wrong with my car, it was only after about 7 or 8 oil changes that he found a low cost repair - broken caliper on my brakes. It gives me some comfort that he's looking for things that maybe a safety issue down the road. Like the other reviewer, I brought in my car once telling him that I thought I needed new brakes, he told me that I didn't - if he was unscrupulous, he could have easily replaced them and made some money. I completely trust him.
