Ido not know how the shop responds when they screw something up because they do not screw things up. I found this place nearly 12 years ago after other local shops repeatly overcharged and underfixed my car. Why did I need new brakes every year? (My wife says it is because of the way I drive). Ralph and Ed, the owners of Auto Safety House would adjust my brakes for $8.00 every six months and I would be fine for years. In those days I owned a Chevy. When I complained about the Chevy, Ralph said, "Hee, hee, at least it's not a Ford, hee, hee." A few years later Ralph sold his part of the business to Ed, and now Ed's son Danny runs the shop. These guys treat customers like family members, except I would probably charge my family more.
