Ken is very knowledgeable. He's worked on most of my vehicles, foreign and domestic. Specializes in brakes but will go with any problem with the same determination. He will explain the problem to and with you to the best of his knowledge. I brought my van to him once with a broken hose from the EGR valve to the exhaust manifold, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly, get the part, and replace it in one day. (On a van any engine work completed in one day is a feat in itself.) The dealer broke it when they replaced the gascket on the intake manifold. (Of course they would not fess up to theyre mistake.) At the same time he let me know how to replace the rear shocks, he also told me the universal joints on my drive shaft needed to be replaced, how he would do it, how i could do it if i wanted to take on the task, and what i would need to complete the job. He's very easy to talk to when you need an answer. As well as any other time.

Ken replaced my clutch because I said I think that was the problem. Upon leaving, I noticed I still had some issues. Ken said that it had to break in. After not getting better, I tried to contact him and he had disappeared. The actual problem was that one of the escort's cylinders were misfiring. several ignition components later and the car was sold. PS....he has moved to 917 military ave. Kenmore, NY 14217
