Although this place isn't a repair shop per se, I got the name of the place from Mitchell Zellman, who was one of the cartalk recommended mechanics in my zipcode radius. My back seat drivers side window was broken out on 6/6/06 (figures) and I had to get it repaired ASAP lest the rest of the vehicle be stolen. Actually, I kind of hoped that someone would steal the rest of it being that it had some minor visually unappealing body damage and it would have saved me an insurance payment every month.. but I digress. Barry, the owner (?), was great to work with. He's SUPER friendly and has probably enough personality for three people. I'd almost just like to hang around in his shop for entertainment! But, I must say that what I really appreciated is that the service was really fast (well under 2 hours, more like 20 minutes), I wasn't given any BS being female and car- inept, and the estimate was the actual price that was billed to my insurance company. Plus, as an added tidbit, he WD-40'd my sticky front drivers side window, which seems to not want to roll up again if its cold or rainy out. (I'll have to wait until its cold or rainy though to see if that's the correct solution.) Overall, I'd go back here in a heartbeat, or window smash as it may be.

An example of how great they are at what they do: One morning a couple of weeks ago I get up to go to work as usual. I step outside and am shocked to see how my side mirror and widsheild are cracked. Unfortunatly with my luck the branch from the tree had to target my car quietly parked underneth it. I call a buddy of mine and ask him for a couple of Auto repiar guys I can take the car to. He eventually gives me three. The first two I called barely spoke English and spoke as though they didn't need or want my business period. After I hung up the phone with the other two clowns I finally called Two Hour and spoke to Barry. He told me to come in and pleasntly said he'll take care of everything and not to stress out. I stopped by and as I stepped in I had their full attention. After a couple of clicks on the computer he said the glass is already on its way. To say the least I was extremly pleased at how fast this was happening right before my eyes. He also said that since they do insurance billing it wont cost me a thing. I still ended up tipping the guys that did the fine work. Turns out that they are true to their word; the job was completed in under 2 hours and I left with a smile on my face. I was so pleased with the speed and workmanship of the windsheild work I decided to come back the next day and take advantage of the the excellent tinting they offered as well. Since then I made up my mind to be a customer for life.
