Having Bethlehem Auto Service maintain my car for past four years has been one of the most pleasant expeiriences of my life. I have never seen such great customer service in the automotive industry. When it comes to their knowledge, professionalsim and integrity, there is none better. John is always there to make sure that my car is maintained by the best technicans. When it comes to customer service, Brian gave me a ride to work so that I would not be late. It has been a great experience to have my car serviced by Bethlehem Auto Service.

Bethlehem Auto has always been very honest and fair in my dealings with them. They take the time to notice situations that may be in need of attention, in addition to my repair request. They then call, and inform me of that situation. Last time, they noticed that my inspection was almost overdue, and performed the inspection. Its nice to have someone who knows what they are doing keep an eye on my car.

These guys are always honest - they have no problem letting me know if there is any work on the car that they can't do or don't want to attempt.

I've been going to these guys since they were located in North Albany. At least 15 years. I have NO reservations referring my friends to these guys. They run their business the right way. They charge a fair price for very solid/compentant work. They are not the least expensive, but by no means are they the most. That said, they only do necessary work. In fact, they talked me out of putting more money into an old Honda Civic I used to have. Brian is very concientious, and will let you know of any work he forsees in the future. I have never had to take my car back for continual "rediagnosis." They get it right the first time. I was considering a used car, and I took it to them, and Brian took a look at it and told me the pros and cons. He did this at no charge. I have been a good/loyal customer over the years, but that's the way they operate. I just can't say enough about Bethleham Auto. Exceptional Service at a fair price!

This shop split from Albany Auto a number of years ago - it was pretty much a coin toss as to which we we went with. I have been using them for family cars for over 15 years. They have worked on Mitsubishis, Nissan, Dodge, Plymouth, Toyota and Honda for both myself and my wife. One thing that they have always done is to not only tell you what to fix - but sometimes what you don't have to. They are consistently hones and above-board in all things.

I have had great experiences with this shop. Brian explains the job and what is and is not necessary. Their prices are reasonable and I have no reservations about them doing work on our cars (VW and Honda).

On numerous occasions I have had to call for advice (from the side of the road) on what to do next as my old car falls apart piece by piece. Time and again, they take my calls, fix my car, always offer me the safest and most economical options, and teach me how to maintain the car. They are fair, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful.

Finding an honest car mechanic is about as easy as finding an honest lawyer, so when you do find one you feel as though God must be rewarding you for something. Well, this is THE place to take your car for repairs. I've taken six cars to them over a period of 15 years, starting when they were still located in Albany. I've also referred many of my friends to them. I've never heard anyone complain about the work they do. This is one honest, competent, group of car mechanics! If they tell you such and such needs to be replaced, you can be sure it needs to be replaced. They do not, like many dealerships, say you need parts that you don't really need. I give them my highest recommendation.

Although they are more difficult to get to than a chain store on a main street/bus line, I always take my car there just because I know it'll save me the trouble of dealing with condescending mechanics trying to sell me things and/or wondering if I paid too much. They're definitely honest, and they do a good job. I've never had something they "fixed" not actually be fixed. They don't perform unnecessary work - they mention an issue, but let you know pros and cons of getting it fixed now versus later versus never. As a young woman I tend to get a lot of mechanics trying to sell me unnecessary crap, hoping I don't know a lot about cars (which is true, but I also don't like handing over money to bad liars). Here, they just explain the issue, fix it if necessary, and charge a reasonable price without any hassles. Highly recommended.
