Big Joe, Little Joe, Zane, Timmy are not to be believed. They actually get excited about caring for cars. I have brought them everything from my 1949 Bentley to my 99 Volvo C-70. THe work is done right the first time, the car is clean and there is never any hassle. While doing the requested work if they should find minor problems they handle it. Although they are in NYC the costs are not outrageous, they charge good money for GREAT work. A definite good value.

We have been going to Astoria Shell for about 4 years now, and have never had a bad experience. They definitely have taken very good care of our cars, and while we have never had to have any major repairs, we feel very comfortable with their expertise. They are not hesitant to point out things that should be taken care of, but don't do so in a manner that would suggest they are trying to upsell or perform needless repairs (I have a mechanical background, and have never disagreed with a suggested "extra" fix from this shop...). They don't do any work that would cost extra without checking first, and in general are a pleasure to deal with on all accounts. Highly recommended!
