In need of tranny work, I stopped at three shops and discussed the problem. They were clearly all sleezebags pulling prices out of the air. The dealer was honest-he was they were just going to replace it with a rebuilt, no mat- ter what was wrong. Out of disgust, I asked my brother (who works at the state) to ask around and get me a recommendation. He later told me it was unanimous-Ralphs Well , I called them, dropped off the car and they did in fact have to rebuild it because of a bad converter. They were friendly, very timely and did the job at a fair price. The repair was many thousands ago and it still runs like new. What more can I say? Sincerely Mike Naberezny

I have been to Ralph's for maintenance, updgrade and for repair. Only straight talk and honest treatment. Extremely rare in my 40 years of seeking service on vehicles. One time, about 25 years ago my Satellite Sebring had a transmission linkage problem. They repaired it and the charge was under $5. Not sure but I think that was Ralph. Been there several times since and received excellent service with never a question on what was wrong, what was being done, or the fairness of the charge. Quite a contrast with my first brush with "Fred from Ace" who got my car up on the lift and would only give me my car back, reluctantly, when I said I didn't have any money for a transmission repair-- just the fluid and filter replacement on the $10 coupon special !! I hope Ralph's never goes out of business.
