The owner of this shop is a truly honest businessman who tries to minimize repair costs for customers. He will find creative ways to utilize lower cost parts towards this end. I have yet to find a shop where they give a better deal to its customers.

These guys correctly diagnosed and repaired a difficult and annoying ignition problem that two other shops had completly misdiagnosed. They also handle routine stuff quickly and efficiently. I have complete confidence in their honesty and technical competence, although since this is a small onwner operated shop with only a few mechanics, they may get a little backed up. The neighboorhood is perfectly safe during business hours, although it looks a little seedy at night. Another big plus is the shop's close proximity to Big Ed's, the best place to eat on 4th St in Reno.
