Family Auto and Max's Brakes are side-by-side and are all in the same family. I consider it one stop shopping, as they will direct me to the person and shop that can do the job well. I took my 85 Civic in for a clutch job. An employee Max had hired did the job. The employee screwed up. That's the bad part. The good part is how Max responded. He has bent over backwards to make it right, and, working with Jesse at Family Auto, also found me a great used engine. While Jesse put in the used engine, Max remedied the clutch. All done. Early. Car runs great. Honest guys looking to save me money and make everything right. No higher praise.

They replaced the muffler on my Dodge Ram 2500 equipped with the 5.9l Cummins TurboDiesel. I called EVERY(no kidding!) muffler shop in and around Albuquerque, NM. Nobody could help me!! I finally called Family Auto Repair. They acted like it was routine! I was in and out in 1/2 hour! Beautiful job. Extremely reasonable price for part and labor!
