Jeff and his helpers, and Candy on the phone and computer are some of the nicest people I have ever met. My daughter and I have been taking our cars to him for years now, (She has a Mazda), and I can't imagine anyone better in all departments. He has several times teased me about what it might cost, when they call to tell me to pick it up, and sometimes I am dumbfounded that he managed to fix what could have been a major problem for 25% of what it could have been! He takes the time to find a small part that will save money, when he could very well replace the whole thing, like my air conditioner, which had CAUGHT ON FIRE! He FIXED IT! I could hardly believe. I would have thought he specialized in Nissans. He can get mine to sit up and beg.

Jeff and his staff have fixed 4 cars in 11 years for our family; 2 Toyota's, 1 Honda and a Subaru. His work is superb, honest and done correctly the first time. He can almost always fit in an emergency tow in and explains problems and repairs in laymen terms. Women and men are treated equally. Pre-inspections are done gratis for his loyal customers. His is the best in Albuquerque.

Fixed my CVC joint with rebuilt axle on 2000 Forester. Had it done 4 hours earlier than expected. I was on the road vacationing in NM when CVC went out. They took me the next morning. Jeff's Gasoline Alley did me right. Clean shop. Very nice Service Representative. Fair price. I looked for a Subaru repair shop on Car Talk's web site. Found Jeff's. Worked out great. Thanks to Click and Clack and more thanks to all the terrific folks at Jeff's Gasoline Alley. They also answered other questions about car.

I had amazing service from this shop! I found them here on cartalk.com and took a chance - I'm so glad I did! Everyone, from the office manager (Candy) to the mechanic who worked on my vehicle (Shawn), were friendly, informative, and very interactive in terms of my repair job. They go the extra mile and are very available for questions about the service. They are great and I highly recommend them!!!
