I had my fuel pump replaced in my '98 Dodge Neon. I already knew what the problem was and brought the car in with my own diagnosis on it. Mike (Shop Owner) was very careful to make sure that what I said was wrong with it was actually the problem. The part was ordered before I even got to the shop and Mike payed the tow truck driver for me and added the $50 onto my bill at the end of service. At North Valley Auto I got the best price in all of Albuquerque, I know because I called around for two days before I found them! I was also in and out of there in less than an hour and Mike is a great guy, very personable and very honest with a great sense of humor!

I have a fleet of 22 trucks that Mike has worked on for the past 4 years. I couldn't be happier with his knowledge, work ethic, timeliness, and willingness to take responsibility for making sure the repair always works.
