This shop is very reliable in many ways. They are honest. The owner is a master mechanic so repairs are always done quickly and correctly. Anytime I've had an emergency repair, they have fit me and my family in as soon as possible. They have even searched for second hand parts for an older car my son drives. They repair my Chrysler LHS, my husband's BMW and my son's piece of junk Chevrolet. My son has purchased a new car and they even have a special deal for getting all your new car service and repairs at their shop. I, as a woman, feel very comfortable going there. They take the time to explain things to me and don't make me feel like I couldn't possibly know or understand anything about a car. Their prices seem very fair to me and the repairs are always done in a timely manner.
