Prices for parts are reasonable, whether dealer's prices or good aftermarket brans. The boss treats you like one of the family and listens very carefully to your description of the problem. If necessary, and this has happened may times, he will go with you to ascertain it. Many times it has ended up in a very short and inexpensive repair due to the fact that he will find the trouble was not what you thought. The shop may no look like all the other expensive looking shops - for which you would have to pay - but is strictly business like with a touch of congeniality and somewhat familiar. If you would like coffee, he will send for it. At your taste. Does not waste any money nor time on an expensive urn that dispenses coffee that is always blah.... When you drive out of there, two things will make you smile: a small bill and a great repair. If you want to come back, it may be just to say hello.

Rolando is bilingual which is a great help with Spanish speaking customers. Treats everybody with the same courtesy and always with a smile, except when explaining a problem to a customer. Then he is all seriousness. Occasionaly he himself picks up a non-functioning car or takes tools to where the car is to try to get it started. If not possible, he sends a tow truck, not adding a lot of money to the bill. If the customer wants to pay the towing separately, he makes sure that he/she is not overcharged. He also has a car painting facility at very, very reasonable prices and excelent finished job.
