HERE'S A COUPLE. I USED MY VAN FOR WORK, SO GETTING REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE DONE QUICKLY WAS IMPORTANT. ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION I GOT MOVED TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE SO I WOULDN'T LOSE INCOME. SEVERAL MINOR REPAIRS WERE DONE "NO CHARGE"! ESTIMATES WERE ALWAYS BELOW THE COMPETITIONS. ONCE I BROKE DOWN IN A VERY BAD NEIGHBORHOOD AT NIGHT, THEY HAD A FRIEND FLATBED ME OUT IN AN HOUR. OTHERS I TOLD TO TRY THIS GARAGE HAD THE SAME POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

I have a very old car (26 years). Glen knows how to fix all the wierd things a car this old does. I love Glen's. They are honest and reasonable and always give me a ride home. I don't know what I would do without them.

Man, was I in trouble. I am from out of state, with a dragging caliper in an are where I know NOBODY!. I knew I was going to make a boat payment for someone, and I knew it wasn't for my boat. I looked up the zip code on this website and called Glen and told him my tale of galloping woe. I called Tuesday, he said bring it in Thursday AM. I knew it was just a caliper, but expected to hear the worst...needs a new bearing, rotor, pads, muffler and big screen TV, etc. Bottom line- He put in the part, charged me an honest price, checked the brakes and determined them to be ok, and told me to come down and get it. BTW, he also got me a ride to the job I was on too. This guy is a straight forward honest guy. How did he get into THIS business? Thanks, Glen!
