Bought 3 pre-owned STS's from them over the years. The are tops in customer service....tops! Walked out of other caddy dealers due to poor service, and had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to use these guys- right past the local dealer that was 5 minutes from my house. I have put them as a "2" for pricing, because dealers being dealers of course charge more than your corner privately owned gas station. All 3 of the cars I bought were on the "certified warranty" the majority of the time I owned them, so my comments on service are mostly relating to that type of warranty service (the few times I did pay, it was a lot of $, but the work was done right and they were HONEST at all times). I've since switched to BMW- not due to service at this dealer, but just becasue I always wanted a BMW. I love the perormance of my BMW, but if I ever wanted to go back to Caddy, I'd consider another certified pre- owned from these guys! In my opinion the new 5-series is ugly, but the new STS doesn't do anything for me yet...we'll see how I feel when its time for another car (hopefully not for a long while :) )
