We live in Virginia and my husband was working in NY for the summer. His 2002 Honda CRV with 130K miles check engine light stayed on, but the car ran fine. Internet research pointed to the oxygen sensor or gas cap. My sister had a large repair done under Warranty Direct and performed by Peace of Mind, so not knowing or trusting anyone in NJ, I went there. They will pick you up or drop you off if you are going nearby. Jim is a great guy. He explained everything and warrantied the part - oxygen sensor. The car computer also said that the idle needed adjusting. The idle adjustment was great, but after a short time, the CE light came back on. We didn't have time to go back to POM to get it checked out, but brought it to a Honda Dealer back in VA since it is next to where I work. The sensor was faulty, but the Peace of Mind warranty completely covered the replacement. Jim even followed up with me to make sure everything was OK and that I didn't have to pay for anything. Now up to 135K.
