These guys are the (bar none) finest BMW and Benz Mechanics I have ever encountered. The owner and mechanics will spend time explaining and discussing mechanical issues with me. However, as an engineer and a prior back yard/hobby mechanic I understand things beyond the average layperson. They never lose parts (almost every shop fails to replace all the parts nuts bolts etc. ‘cause they are under time pressure). They always check their work, They take the time to go the extra mile. They never – ever - get grease on or inside your car. They track everything about your car. The local BMW dealers send their "impossible problems" to these guys. They have been working on my cars for over 15 years. I've never had a single complaint. If that sounds like too much to believe try hanging out there while they are working on your car and ask a few questions. You'll be surprised. No, they don't have loaners.
