- We had a breakdown taking kids to Newark Airport. Rite-Away towed the car, did the repairs for a fair price, kept in touch with us while the car was being repaired, got it all done in a few hours, and then even picked us up saving us the cab ride to their shop. Customer service was excellent. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. No run arounds. No excuses. If I lived in the area I would use them again and again.
