I was visiting my family in New Jersey, and my transmission started acting funny. I pulled it into the first car-type place I saw, that was this Ford dealership I entered above. I drive an Oldsmobile, but they were very courteous andtold me they'd have it looked at immediately. Mr. Svenningsen, the mechanic I wrote about, looked at it, explained the problem in very easy-to-understand terms, and fixed the problem swiftly. During this whole time, Mr. Svenningsen was very conscious of my anxiety level, and took the time to explain everything he was doing, and more importantly why. After he found and explained the problem to me, he looked as happy as I was that it was not serious! I felt perfectly at ease the whole time, and would return for him to work on my cars all of the time, if it wasn't such a long commute! He's the most professional, finest car mechanic I've ever dealt with. Thank You!
