This shop has repaired my cars exclusively for years. Here's an example of the shop's honesty, and their great response when they do screw something up: My daughter had an accident with her Nissan XTerra in the month of February a few years back. Front end damage. Stillwell did the body work and replaced and repaired the damaged components in the engine compartment (radiator, etc.). Beautiful work, and quick. The following summer, the air conditioner lost its refrigerant and stopped cooling. I took the car in to Stillwell and asked them if maybe the air conditioner had been damaged in the earlier accident and they missed something. Later the same day they returned the car to me completely fixed AT NO COST. The reason? They explained that when they found the leak, they discovered that when they reassembled the air conditioning system as part of the accident repair, they had used a damaged O-ring. That was the source of the leak. They put in a new O-ring, re-charged the system, and it has been working fine for at least 3 years now.
