They were able to rebuild my clutch and save me a few hundred dollars. The clutch was rebuilt over 3 years ago and is still doing great. There was an engine problem with my Prism. They read the code and took the first recommended action. A week later, the engine light came on again. The looked at it an the code was the same. They called me at work to explain that there were 2 other possible causes that required a fair amount of labor. They explained the option of just replacing the one of the 2 possible parts or replacing both. If I replaced both, I would only pay for the labor once. If I replaced one part, it may be fixed, but if it wasn't I would have to pay to have the second part replaced and pay for labor a second time. It was nice of them to discuss the options (along with cost) with me and let me make the decision. I am a female client and the mechanics at this shop have always treated me with respect and not like an idiot.
