I have had all my cars (3 or was it 4 ?)serviced by Bob for over 30 years. He started by "moonlighting" in his home's driveway while working full time as service manager of a large dealership's service department. I used him in those days to save a buck when saving money meant more to me than it does now. I trust him and I secretly watch him deal with the other customers to see if they get treated in a different manner. It is my belief that he is as honest and truthful with them as he is with me. And its not only me! His business has grown steadily through word of mouth. I was surprised to find out how many people from my job were using him. I never told them about him. Not only that but the maintenance department of my company uses him also. How did they find out ? From his driveway he has,in steps, over a 30 year period, advanced to his present location where he owns and operates everything. He employs about 5+ guys. He believes in educating his workers and pays to send them for auto courses in repair and maintenance. He is licensed by the state to do inspections and purchases the latest high tech auto serviceing equipment (which costs a fortune) He is firm yet fair with his workers and they seem to stick with him. He has a great memory and mind for details. He tells me what I "really" need for the car and what I can do without. I am an electrical engineer myself and I have listened to conversations with many "diverse" customers. Young, old, male, female, black, white, oriental, etc I have never detected "B.S." or "con-ing". He has stood by his work on my cars and, over the years he has fixed the rare mistake or oversight. If I havent already said it clearly "He is a really nice guy, friendly, honest, fair and competant".

Very honest and forthright. They replaced an engine for me and did a great job. They cost a little more but are worth it. Excellent quality work. The owner Bob Hope, drives a 40's hot rod. Have been around for over 15-20 years. Very friendly, will help in any way possible. Always packed with business so important to make appointments. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Bob Hope is a truly HONEST mechanic - a rare commodity these days!! He'll tell you the problem with your car and try to fix it asap. If he finds a truly dangerous and/or unsafe condition, he'll squeeze you into the shop that day :) His prices are comparable with any other mechanic in the area, too. I truly cannot say enough GOOD things about this shop!! He truly cares about his customers and gives them excellent service - that's why we keep coming back. The only drawback I have experienced is that he changed his hours. A few months ago, he stopped working on Saturdays. But, he did lengthen his hours during the week (Monday thru Friday) to enable customers to come in after finishing work. If you need a truly fantastic mechanic, who is above-board, caring, and knowledgeable, then go see Bob Hope!! :)
