I have a Jeep Cherokee. I had problems with the car starting. I took it to one mechanic who put a new battery in it and when that didn't solve the problem, rebuilt the starter. Two weeks later same problem occured. Original mechanic didn't know what it was so I took it to the Jeep dealership. I paid for a diagnostic test and they couldn't find anything wrong with the car and guessed it was the kill switch on the alarm, which they deactivated. A month later, once again I had the same problem. I took it to Grove Auto Service which was a new shop in the area. They spent all day with the vehicle and found the problem to be a burned out ignition switch. They replaced it and I have never had problems since. That was 1-1/2 years ago. Since then I have taken my vehicle to them and can be rest assured that the problems will be fixed when they service the vehicle.

My vehicle was still under mfg's warranty. Took it to dealer for warranty repair. Dealer forgot to tighten the drain plug, had oil everywhere. Grove Auto fixed it and cleaned up the excess oil at no charge since I was a good customer. Would reccomend these mechanics to everyone!!!!

I live right around the corner from this shop and have brought all my cars there for years. Any services or repairs I've had done are reasonably priced and they are normally finished within their estimates both in time and money. I have had them examine cars that I was thinking of buying and they have saved me on more than one occasion from buying hidden problems. I also bought a 1998 Toyota Camry they were selling for someone who was also a regular customer of theirs. I drive this car about 100 miles a day to and from work and in the two years I've had the car, I have had no real problems with it. If your car is broken or needs service, take to Grove Auto.

I love these guys. John and his team have always been straight with us...kept repair prices within our budget, and helped us prioritize what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait until their next boat payment (er, our paycheck) is due! ;) I'd push my POS van 10 miles to get it to them rather than get a free tow to another repair shop.
