All around good folks. Honest, friendly, courteous, respecful, very competent, trusting and trust worthy, kind and patient, accomadating, fair, good employer/employee relationships....[sort of sounds like the Boy Scouts :)] The have always been helpful, especially when we needed it the most. This shop is also conviently located near our home (but not to close) which is a nice "extra" since we are not getting any younger. PS Tom & Ray, I must take this opportunity tell you that your radio program is the single best thing I can do for myself.I love to laugh and just listening to you both laughing at yourselves [and your callers too] is the best "mental health" medicine I can think of bar none. I wish I could sit down with you at some little tavern and buy you both an Ale and share a meal. You feel like family.

I have a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado which I purchased used from my Previous mechanic, Mike, in March . I told him I was concerned about transmission but he assured me the vehicle was "cherry" and that he had hoped to keep it for himself...I paid him $4000 (cash and trade in). Three days later, it had failed inspection (brakes and broken side windows) and was driving as though it was starting from a stop in too high a gear. I dropped the jeep to Mike to fix failed brakes and look at transmission problem. SIX WEEKS LATER (and many promises of "any day now" and "we'll try one more thing"), I took possession of Jeep and went to new Mechanic, Pinehawk, who fixed the transmission "brain" in ONE DAY, for a marginal fee. The Jeep then failed inspection AGAIN for failed brakes that Mike never fixed. Pinehawk to the rescue. As far as the old mechanic, Mike: I'm still waiting to hear from him. When I took the car back at the end of May, he said he'd call as soon as he got his computer fixed.....

This is a great business. Nice kolks. Friendly, courteous, honest, fair, reliable, respecful, great empolyee/employer relationships,etc.,etc. .....[Almost sounds like the Boy Scouts :)] When we needed them the most they came through. PS Tom & Ray, Let me take this opportunity to tell you both how much I love your program.(I guess you heard that a few times huh?) Listening to your radio program is the single best thing I can do for myself. I love to laugh and listening to you both laughing at yourselves [and your listeners too] is the best thing I can do for my "mental health". I would love to sit down with you both at a little tavern and share a meal and buy you both an Ale. Thanks Take care Jack Welsh
