Warren is a great machanic. We have followed him to every garage he has moved to. He has been our family machanic for many cars. He first worked on my sisters car an old BMW he kept that alive and sellable. When I inherited my fathers old Dodge Daytona, Warren fixed it until he told my mother that he could keep the car going but she was throwing her money away. This was very impressive to hear from a machanic that was honest enough to give up his steady money from a car with some serious issues. We didn't see him for a while because we had gotten a new car under warenty. As soon as our warenty was up back I went to find Warren. He is great and a nice change from the dealership.

I initially came in for an oil change and coolant flush. Well, by sheer bad timing/bad luck, the hose fitting for the radiator broke off when they were putting things back together towards the end of the day. They couldn't find a source for a replacement radiator so they ordered it for next day and got me a rental car on their expense plus apologies for the inconvenience. The car was up and running the following day as promised. These guys did a really nice job. I had also asked them to replace my fuel filter since it was going to spend time at the shop anyway.

Warren has always provides fair advise, competent service and reasonable prices. In the past, I would exclusively use dealers, but found their customer service and prices unreasonable. I glad that I found a "good" local repair resource.
