One of the few dealers service I have ever liked. For repairs of 1 hour or more, they give you a car to rent for free (TSX/Integra/RSX), most places will not do this - let alone volunteer it. They are not the cheapest, but for regular maintainence like an oil change, it is currently priced at $19.99 (Sept. 2003) which is reasonable. Wish they had longer service hours, but overall, a good place to get an Acura serviced - even if you did not buy it there.

They do excellent, prompt work. Unfortunately, they are also the most expensive option. When they recently quoted a repair at $980 and I balked, they came back and said they could do it for $220 less... so it makes me wonder.

Dealerships are historically not where I have had my car serviced, but Springfield Acura has not given me a reason to go to an independent shop. The routine maintenance has always been excellent. As mentioned, they always give you a loaner for free if the car is to be detained for a day or more. When the transmission failed at 67,000 miles on my 2001 Acura TL (under extended warranty since Honda knows it is a problem on their cars), they gave me a Mitsbishi Lancer LS and no hassel. The car is expected to be retuned in a week. Overall you cannot beat this location for Acura service.
