Great for electrical or tough jobs! A wee-bit pricey but good!

Our car was broken into and our driver side window smashed. I called around to several shops, and Joe's was the only one that was able to find and install a replacement on a Sunday. It didn't seem like the cheapest (about $300, I think), but it wasn't egregious. We talked to Joe, who was friendly and patient, and he gave us a theory of how the car thieves had broken in, based on how the slim jim had scratched the inside of the door. The theory may have been wrong, but it definitely reflected more detective work than the NYPD had ever put in. Anyway, two thumbs up.

It's great to find a mechanic you can trust. These guys are terrific. Once my car was making a noise, so Joe took it for a drive. He took a long time to come back. Finally, when he returned, he explained that he hadn't been hearing it but decided to drive "just a little farther, because she can't be making this up." He drove until he heard the noise and was then able to diagnose it. Their prices always seem quite reasonable, too, and they remember their customers.
