First time in, for some body work, they found a couple of "dings" that I didn't notice, and had nothing to do with my problem; they fixed them, too, no extra charge. Prices are about 50%-65% of what the dealer estimates.

Good guys who know what they're doing. I started going to their place since it's on my (long) way to work. Waiting room's a bit chilly for long waits, but the head's right there, and clean. Often meet interesting people to chat with, including the owner's four kids on a day they couldn't go to school because the roads were flooded (I gave them math and spelling problems). I bought a book from the owner once, written by his sister, an ethnologist at Harvard. He's got a great tattoo, which I'm surprised his wife let him keep. Glad she did, though.

I will never let these guys get my car on their lift again. I was roped in by their convenient location, low oil change prices, and cheap inspection price advertised on a sign, but both years I went there for my inspection, they found very expensive ($400-$550) repairs that I had to make before they would put my sticker on. In both cases, I went to another garage for a second opinion and they told me the repairs were unnecessary. Also, they "strongly recommended" other repairs that were also deemed unnecessary by another garage. Very high pressure! I feel these guys are shysters!
