Jesse Caswell is the shop manager and Joe Potenziani is a technician who has been with the shop a long time. Both of them are a pleasure to deal with. As a woman, I am particularly sensitive to automotive technicians who treat women as though they couldn't possibly understand cars. This is never the case at the Somersworth, NH Midas. They always explain the problem and let me make the decision on how to proceed. They will also tell me when a repair does NOT need to be done. They do brakes, exhaust, tires, struts/suspension, oil changes, inspections, alignment, and others that I'm forgetting. I only wish they did it all because I don't trust other places like I trust them. When you call to make an appointment, make sure Jesse will be there when you bring the car in. I say this because the only drawback is the guy who sometimes fills in on Jesse's day off. He's the kind of guy who will definitely call you "darling" and he has.
