We have had excellent service from Lowe's for over twenty years. They have repaired and maintained old and new Ford trucks, Mazdas, Toyotas, a Chevy Caprice, and several Datsun/Nissan pick-ups for us. If they can't handle the repair or are too busy, they tell you up-front. They are also a AAA dealer with the largest wrecker in the area. They may be the only service station to host an annual summer square dance around the gas pumps.

Lowe's is great. I backed over a stump, ripping off my muffler. I assumed I'd need a new one, and they said they'd see if they could get the part. When I got back, I asked if they'd found one. But they hadn't needed to -- they'd managed to fit another pipe into the broken one and weld it together, salvaging a perfectly good muffler and saving me money. (The repair lasted until the car got stolen and stripped for parts in NYC, but that's another story.) They're nice people, too.

Everyone is nice, family owned and operated since 1915, they have a laid back mom and pop attitude, location provides impressive view of northern presidential mts, too.
