Wicked honest. They do the right thing. Nice people and friendly. I purchased a used vehicle from them. 30 day warranty. After 3 weeks the alternator went. Without hesitation they drove 20 miles to pick it up and fixed it free. After 6 weeks (post warranty) the head gasket and master cylinder went. They fixed it free. Lance, the owner, said it certainly wasn't my fault and it would be wrong of him to charge me for it. Good people. They work hard and have fun too.

Valley is great! Lance always explains what is going on in a non-mechanicspeak. They are open until 5:30 which makes it convenient for me to pick up my car after work. (I work a couple miles down the road from them.) Even when estimates were boat-payment-sized, I never felt I was being taken advantage of; rather that they were concerned about the safety of my car.
