They are always courteous and they always schedule us promptly. We've switched from having service done at the dealer and they now do all our regular work and they do it as competently as the dealer does and for a lot less. We got our daughter an older car which has things fail from time to time. They are sensitive to the fact that we don't care to spend a lot on this one but still want safety and dependability for her. Often, minor repairs on the old car (and on the others as well) are not charged (my daughter makes them cookies). These guys are good.

I live in another state where the local Audi dealer in July 2011 told me it would cost almost $7,000 to fix the catalytic converter and make the car safe for my son to take to college, brakes, sway bars, etc. The Audi dealer even charged me $100 to tell me that the door handle on the drivers side did not work and did not even take the door panel off to diagnose the problem. We had told them that when we dropped the car off. I brought the car to Paul and Greg for a second opinion. Paul asked me if the Audi dealer ahd run a particular test on the catalytic converter, or did they just run the computer test. I did not know the answer, but guessed the latter. I drove from the Portland area to manchester to drop the car off. the service engine light that came on that supposedly indicated the catalytic problem never came back on. When Paul called me to talk about the car, he said the door handle problem was a small clip had come off. He said it took just a couple of minutes and there would be no charge for this (hear that Audi dealer???). Long story short, the car did need new brakes, did not need the catalytic converter on the passenger side as we were told (the car has now gone over 10,000 more miles and the warning light has not come back on), did not need the sway bar but did need some other small item. total bill was just under $900. The month after the service the car needed a new inspection sticker. I took the car to someone other than the Audi dealer and the car passed with flying colors without the long list of needs that Audi said needed to be done getting in the way. thankyou Paul and Greg.
