This is the BEST shop that's ever touched my car. They don't play mind games and they do know how to fix cars. Their prices are reasonable for the area- about 65% of dealership labor prices. They go out of their way to help customers. For example, I wanted to put new tires on my car and figured I go to a local tire repair shop - but after finding considerably cheaper prices online (www.tirerack.com), I called my mechanic and asked if he'd put them on for me (I was planning on having them shipped to my house and then planned on delivering them to the shop). He said, no problem and then suggested that I have them shipped directly to his place. Then he suggested that I tell him which set of tires I wanted and that he'd call and order them - as his price would be lower and he offered to pass along his cost. Now, I've had numerous good experiences with him prior to this, so I felt very comfortable with the offer. He ended up saving me about $45 per tire ($180 for the set of 4 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S - for my Audi A4 2.8Q). And,he charged less to put them on than the local tire shops. Now that's customer service! He's also done my timing belt and other scheduled maintanence, replaced the power steering rack, coolant sensors, and more. He helps me keep my car in tip top shape and at a reasonable price.
