Tom and team did a great job on the front end of my precious 1976 Jaguar XJ12C. Job took longer than planned as some parts were tough to get and one of them was faulty and needed re-ordering. Kept me informed. Price was fair for the amount of work they did. I would use them again.

I brought in my Toyota because the check engine light was on. I was worried that they would take advantage of the fact that I had no idea what could or couldn't be wrong with the car, but they explained everything they found very well and told me I didn't need to fix it right away! I was very happy with the whole process!

I have been doing business with Tom Lewis and his 2 primary mechanics for several years now. In addition to Tom himself, Sean & Eric are very competent in their own right.While they were not the cause, I actually had the beginnings of a heart attack in their shop and still return on a regular basis.

The moment I spoke with Tom on the phone, I knew I was dealing with someone who wasn't out to screw me. Tom was incredibly courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything pertaining to the service I needed. He is also honest. During a state inspection he did not find extra items to charge me for, like a regional chain did (to the tune of $800). This is NOT to say he was not thorough though. He noted some items that may need attention in the future and how to identify the signs of wear. Based on my first impression with Hampton Foreign Auto, I will definitely be taking my car to them for future service.
