Jason does a great job on body work, usually at a price far below dealers and larger body shops. I have had him work on the front end and also had him do front end body work (including lights) and have been treated fairly and have paid far LESS than I expected. You can check out his web site at www.mirrorimageauto.com

Jason at Mirror Image did a fabulous job on my Mercedes. His knowledge and experience won me over. He does quality work, and strives to please his customers. I would recommend Mirror Image Automotive to anyone looking for an honest, customer service based body shop!

On the eve of a road trip with my 2 kids, I developed a serious brake problem. I took the car to Mirror Image and he fixed the problem quickly, affordably, and tried to save me some money by freeing up seized calipers -- he gave the old college try but those calipers wouldn't budge. Jason, the owner, is an energetic, bright and very capable mechanic. I really liked the way he took time to explain the problem in detail, and to suggest the right replacement part (a little more expensive than the last brake job, but Jason's candor and credibility made me comfortable with the slightly more expensive parts that would hold up better than the cheaper ones that froze up on me). I haven't needed auto body work (knock on wood) but from what I saw of Jason's shop (super clean and organized) and feedback from other people who have taken their car there, he is a pro beyond his years.

I'm new to the seacoast area and rely on sites like this to find local qualified mechanics. In the case of Mirror Image, I met Jason, was impressed by him, and despite the fact that I couldn't find any information on the web about him, decided to give him a try on some simple body work. I had an expectation about what he would need to do and what it would cost me. I was surprised to find that he fixed my front-end problem for less than half of what I expected going in. He did a great job. And he told me about a few things that he noticed while doing the work - and told me why I should wait to get them done. I've had my car back in twice and my wife's car once. He has always been scrupulously honest, and his prices are well below what I have anticipated paying every single time. I'm not a Mercedes guy, but the cars he has had in there for body work run the gamut from beaters like mine to 500SL convertibles. The paint jobs I've seen actually DO have a mirror finish. I'm impressed with this guy and his shop.

Jason has has a very trusting and reassuring voice over the phone, which is great when your upset about your car not operating properly. The total was a few hundred dollars less than I expected and they are right down the road from us, super handy. Now I'm telling everybody about them. Thanks Tom and Ray for all of your years and a super handy web site.
