As the owner of an eclectic collection of cars, we have had some interesting issues crop up. Recently we had to order tires from Tire Rack for our classic Mini because all the local shops (and did we ever check!) said the tires didn't exist. When we got the tires in, the shops we called would not install them because a) we had not bought the tires from them or b) the wheels were custom (no they're not). We went to All Tune, desperate, and Mike said "no problem." Most recently, we brought in an older Wrangler we had just bought - he could have taken us for a ride saying just about anything needed to be replaced. An old Jeep bears a lot of rust, afterall... Nope. We knew about a hole in the exaust already and that was all the work needed. He told us the rest of the rust was cosmetic.

I have been taking all my cars to All Tune for quite some time now, mainly for convenience-sake as they are on the way to work for me. I recently bought a new car and took it to the dealer for the 1st couple of services (one of those, "service it here and we'll give you free (fill in the blank)" deals). The price was high for the dealer so I gave up the free "whatever-it-was" and took it to All Tune for the next one. I thought something must be wrong when I was charged 6 times less! So I took out the work sheets and compared them line for line. All Tune had done the exact same work but the dealer had charge 6 times more for it. When I asked the dealer why this might be, they said, "oh, well we check all these things that a regular mechanic would not." Those things were fluid levels and tire pressures, it turned out. I later encountered the exact same thing with a used truck I bought from a different dealer. They only wanted to charge 4 times more, though. I think I'll stick with All Tune. :)

They lied about all of the components and charged $1,000 to do NOTHING. NOT ONE PART WAS CHANGED
