Took 2012 Shelby Mustang GT500 here for warranty work. I had diagnosed the problem pretty well before I took the car in. Glenn ("Service Advisor") listened with respect to my diagnosis and noted on the repair order that I preferred to be present when the car was test-driven. He assigned my car to one of the service technicians that also owned a Shelby, and promised that my car would be taken care of. After confirming the diagnosis, Glenn called me and told me they'd have to get the part from Kansas City, that it would be there the next morning, and that they would keep my car locked in the service bay overnight. The next day the car was done on time and the problem was fixed. Can't speak to costs, as this was a warranty repair, but the overall experience was a good one. I've had very bad experiences with dealers (Baxter Ford) in the past, but so far Performance Ford has done well.
