This is a large shop in Southwest Omaha. They have a number of mechanics and service reps. Visiting the service shop is a much more pleasant experience than with car dealer service. These guys talk to you and explain what the problem is and why. They will go out of their way to help and make good any errors. The prices are what you will pay at any dealer or large shop in town. Remember, you get what you pay for. I have dealt with many many repair shops over my 50+ years and I keep going back to these guys!!

I went to them with a vibration in the front end at highway speeds. They could have "fixed" anything they wanted. After inspection, they called and said that they could see no signs of trouble mechanically (stuff they could have taken me for a ride on!) but that my tires might be the problem. Now the tires weren't tread-bare by any means, but they were getting towards the end of their life. They recommended first trying new tires because they would be needed soon anyway. They put on new tires and it solved the problem. At the cost of a normal maintenance item! I go to the shop on 78th and Pacific. They are a great bunch and always treat me as a valued customer.
