- I was driving my GMC 2500 diesel pickup from Maryland to Wyoming. At a gas stop a front wheel was noticeably hot. Going into North Platte, and asking around, I ended up at Todds Alignment. Diagnosed a hanging brake shoe. While waiting for repairs, the owner took me around town in his car to pick up some stuff I needed. He mentioned that he had 4 mechanics working for him, all had been there for over 30 years! They fixed the truck and I was rolling again in 2 hours. Good folks in North Platte.
