My family was refered to this shop by our insurance agent for a broken side mirror. Went in without a scheduled appointment and they were very prompt. Five minutes later we were back on our way with the glass ordered and a appointment for the next days install. Since that first experiance I have had my other 2 cars in a couple of times and am extremely impressed with how Offut Collision Repair exceeds this demanding customers expectations. Call or visit Chad and George and you'll see real Customer Service followed up with exceptional quality work. FYI I own a limited edition Ford Mustang Cobra convertable that was in the local Ford dealership 4 times for the same broken window that OCR fixed right in one day.
