The Mercedes Service Department in Fargo said they are so good at Eckman's auto they tried to hire their manager for their service department.

I appreciate that they call and let you know what repairs need to be made to fix the problem and exactly how much it will cost BEFORE proceeding with repairs. They are great at checking all fluid levels and tires before returning vehicles to you. Thankfully they have great skills with foreign made vehicles (Nissan & Mazda) that can be hard to find in small towns. I took my vehicle to another mechanic in our town only once, and ended up at Eckman's to fix the initial repair. Now I won't go anywhere else.

I took an eagle wagon in to have the 4x4 fixed. was told it needed a lot of parts. they order a diagram of the vacum hoses, which was the the wrong one, charged 50.00 for one piece of paper. they said total would be 750.00 dollars. I said to forget it. Took the car to Don Wilhelms it was fixed in a half hour, charged me 25.00 dollars. A vacum hose was plugged. I will burn my vehecles before I go back to eckmans
