I used to buy all my cars' tires at this store. Rotation is always free. I had my Honda Odyssey's tires rotated and later (within a month or so) had to take the same car to the Honda dealership for some brake maintenance. The Honda mechanic told me that 2 of the wheel bolts had been stripped and had to be replaced. Assuming Honda was honest, then the folks at Mock either stripped the bolts and didn't tell me, or didn't realize the bolts were stripped when they rotated the tires (meaning they're incompetent). The Honda dealership charged me $150 to repair the 2 bolts.

I took a tire in to have a flat fixed in early 2012. They didn't charge me even though I'm new to the area and had never seen me before and don't have any kind of flat repair warranty. 6 months later, I took in the car to have the front tires/wheels balanced. Again, they didn't charge me. Hmmm... So, a week later I took the car in to have the front rotors turned bcs I was still getting some vibration when applying the brakes. They did a test drive to confirm the problem. Turned the rotors. Test drove it again then diagnosed the rear rotors needed turning as well. After that was all done (in 1.2 hrs and after $120) the car drives and stops as smoothly as when it was new. They seem very busy and yet friendly, responsive, and reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone for tire/wheel/brake service. Don't know about anything else yet.
