Chris provides one-stop diagnosis and expert treatment for even odd-ball mechanical problems. He got an ancient Toyota humming for me when it seemed to be on its last legs, after others had tried and failed. He does excellent clutch work. He diagnosed and fixed a weird stall-out problem on a high-mileage Plymouth (although he prefers not to work with Chrysler Corp.cars). He's not quick, but very thorough and reasonable in pricing. Location in NW Winston- Salem.

Chris is exceptionally honest, concientious, and just a very nice guy. "If he could cook I'd marry him" (Leo Durocher). His small shop (just him and son Chris) is always full and they are there too late, too often. I've told him more than once he doesn't charge enough and he's just too nice. I try not to be in a hurry since I know how overworked he usually is. I'm not sure if he needs or wants any more new customers, but I still wanted to voice my opinion.
