I started going to Creech's when I used to have a Chevy Spectrum, which is really an Isuzu I-Mark. Creech is an Isuzu specialist (and now Mitsubishi too). The first couple of times I compared their quotes and found them to be always reasonable and usually less than the others'. The actual charge often was less than their own quote as well. I have found them to be competent and trust-worthy and have been a satisfied customer for almost 5 years. We now have a Toyota Camry and a Mitsubishi Mirage and they take care of both. They were initially reluctant about the Camry and have agreed on the condition that if they do come across something with the Toyota that is beyond them, they'd let me know! I have no hesitation in recommending Creech Import Repair.

These guys are the example all other shops should follow. They are more than competant and exceptionally knowledgeable. Always fair, always helpful, a good bunch of fellas. They even said to cll them if I had any problems and they would be happy to help me out, this being because I am now in California and ther are just cool to work with.

The tech explained that he "wanted to find a reason" to get me to replace my other axle (they were replacing the drivers' side) but couldn't. Now THAT's honesty!

They took plenty of time to explain the work to be done, checked other maintenance items and made honest recommendations (I take care of the basic maintenance of the car - oil changes, brakes, spark plugs etc.) and they really only identified what I knew needed being done outside of the work I asked them to perform. They are extremely courteous and have followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction. I think I have finally found a place in Raleigh I trust.

I have never had any problems with them in the 3 times I have been there. They have always been polite and explained everything that needed to be done.

Very honest about some repairs that were beyond their ability to diagnose(transmission). Recomended a transmission shop for my Mitsubish and didn't charge us for a failed diagnostic attempt.

Website: http://www.creechimport.com/ I have 1987 Isuzu Trooper II. 87 has design flaw in transmission. I had trans rebuilt 2X and replaced 1X. Replacement failed 2006 Q4, synchronizers shot which resulted in teeth wear from failed double clutching. I bought 1991 junk yard trans and Stan retrofitted it which involved some customization. He spent about an hour with me discussing the task beforehand and another half hour explaining the details of the retrofit afterward. I don't know about loaners, shuttles. I mount my bicycle on Trooper, deliver to Creech, ride home, reverse to fetch.

I've been a customer of theirs for ten years and they've been fantastic mechanics. Very knowledgeable, honest, personable, accomodating, reasonable and never patronizing. If they had a radio show, it might not be as entertaining as yours, but I'd take my car to them over anybody (Sorry guys).
