Z (short for Zoltan) is the owner. I was referred to him by a friend who sells high end luxury cars. I called and spoke to Z some months ago to discuss another problem and when I called back to schedule an appointment for something else he remembered me. When I got there the place was packed with cars. It was obvious that he does a lot of business so it was even more surprising that he remembered me and my issue. He checked my car with the computer, since I had a light on indicating there was a problem. He DID NOT charge me for this. I guess I should have said that I am a woman but he took the time to show me another BMW engine he was taking apart to show me where the problem was and what was needed to fix it, how it worked and why it was a problem. It was a $100 part and a $60 labor charge. I brought it in on the day scheduled, he told me it would be a couple of hours. Two hours later my car was ready and it was only a FORTY dollar charge. He showed me the part to ensure that I knew he replaced it with a German part. He then went on to explain some things that I did not need fixed but should keep an eye on. To summarize I was blown away at the time he was willing to spend with me explaining a job he would only get $40 for!! He did what he said, had it ready on time and thorougly impressed me with his honesty and customer service.
