The manager's name is Scott. I used to live in NC but now live further away so it is not practical for me to bring the car in to his shop - He has diagnosed my car's problems OVER THE PHONE - as in, I hold the phone over the car's engine, he listens to it, asks me questions, and gives me his diagnosis. He's never been wrong, either! He has integrity and insists on the same from his mechanics - if he finds one of his mechanics is engaging in ANYthing that is less than ethical he will get rid of them. Has 25+ years of experience working on cars including time in the US Army as a mechanic. He is especially good at explaining what the problems are to customers in a way that they can understand, without "talking down" to people. If you are the type of customer who feel that respect is a two-way street and want to get your car fixed right - see Scott.
