Reasarched new tires for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee online and contacted this shop for a quote. Received a fair quote and a reasonable time to get the tires in. I was offered other options including having the tires UPS'd but declined. Although I declined the alignment, which I did only because we had just had it done less than 6 months ago, and the vehicle tracked fine and there was no undue wear on the tires, it was great to hear them offer it, but also not be overly pushy about it. While I was there, I observed the interactions of the staff with customers and I was pleased with thier freindly and honest manner. They respected customer's wishes, offered rides, and helped customers choose the right options. The business is family owned and although the waiting area was clean and well stocked, it is also with walking distance to a nearby shopping center and restaurant. I would return soon, but sadly they cannot fix the AC on my 2004 Subaru.
