While on vacation in the outer banks, our car would not start. Because we had recently replaced the battery, we thought that our intermittent starting problem was fixed. Since we were out of state the first thing we did was look on this site for a repair shop recommendation. Once we settled on Autotech, we brought the car in that day and suggested to them that it might be either the alternator or the starter. We expected to be taken advantage of and pay a lot of money. We received a call later that day & were told that they could not find anything wrong with it but wanted to keep it over night. The next day we were informed that they had recreated the probelem and that all we needed was a new battery cable! The final cost was $82.00, priceless. They also have a wonderful chocolate lab as an office fixture.
