Randy and his team have always been honest and reliable and always do a great job, too. He's worked on 4 different cars I've owned in the last 14 years and I have never been disappointed one bit. Jan Riggs, Corolla

I have been satisfied with the work on my 'car'. They are honest, and the price of repairs are reasonable.

We were on vacation at the Outer Banks and heard a really bad noise from our car after going through some deep puddles after a thunderstorm (should have put off the donut run until the roads had time to drain). We called and explained that we were in the area on vacation, and they said that they could look at it that very morning if we brought it in. Inspections for something dragging under the car had turned up nothing until just before we got there. Derek, the mechanic looked underneath and saw a piece of a plastic shield dragging. Then he put the car up on the lift and showed us exactly what he saw - the shield plus some other insulation whose foil covering was flapping around. He removed what was left of the broken shield and duct-taped the rest of the insulation back together. This was exactly the repair we needed to make it safely and confidently home. They charged us a very reasonable amount and couldn't have been more honest, straightforward and hospitable. A super-positive experience!
